At the western edge of Vizitsa, one of the most beautiful villages of Mount Pelion, the Kizis family owns a total area of 2500 square meters, which combines all the essentials of a calm retreat. A fruit tree grove, an orchard, the house of the guardian and caretaker, our private residence, and the two properties for rent: a restored 18th century mansion (sleeps 8-10) and a modern cottage, ideal for a couple or a family (sleeps 3-4). Plane, walnut and loquat trees, and grape pergolas offer their shadow to the ones that come to rest in this unique environment of natural beauty. This small neighbourhood is the result of the meticulous design and restoration work of Kizis architects, a leading architectural practice in Greece, and offers a cosy and calm retreat, far from the tourist industry stereotypes.

The mansion offers a unique experience of living in a historical environment with the facilities of our time. All spaces (four bedrooms, two living rooms, lobby and kitchen) are all decorated following the original ornament of the house. The upper living room offers a magnificent view to the gulf and a breathtaking interior space, under the light of the multicoloured stained glass upper windows. Original furniture and equipment completes the experience of living in the mansion.
- Fully equipped with linens, washing machine and iron press.
- Weekly linen change.

- No pets allowed
- Three yards, unseen from neighbours, open to the view. Ideal for dining, sunbathing, reading, and relaxing, under the shadow of a loquat tree and a grape pergola.

The house was built in the 1960s, and has been recently converted in a functional modern loft. It’s intelligent layout offers a bathroom (with shower), a kitchen, a mezzanine bedroom and a living - dining room, all in an open and pleasant space. A large veranda offers a unique panoramic view.
