The mansion was built in 1779, when the local trade of Pelion was at its heyday. It was bought in 1975 by architect Yannis Kizis, who restored it and used it as his family’s summer residence for more than 30 years. Extra care was taken in modernising the house with contemporary facilities without jeopardising the originality of the mansion. The mansion offers a unique experience of living in a historical environment with the facilities of our time. All spaces (four bedrooms, two living rooms, lobby and kitchen) are all decorated following the original ornament of the house. The upper living room offers a magnificent view to the gulf and a breathtaking interior space, under the light of the multicoloured traditional stained glass upper windows. Original furniture completes the experience of living in the mansion.

The mansion is located in a 350m2 property and has a total space of 180m2 (two floors). Τhe entrance, the kitchen (with the dinning area), the bathroom, a living room and a bedroom with 2 beds, are located in the groundfloor.  In the first floor the is a large lobby with a sitting area, 3 bedrooms ( 6 beds in total) and a wc.

  • Fully equipped with linens, washing machine and iron press. Weekly linen change.
